the NAPEP Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) was designed as a Social assistance project with the aim of addressing conditions of extreme deprivation among Nigerians.

GOAL OF THE CCT PROGRAMME

The goal of the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) is to reduce the vulnerabiliy of the core poor and reduce their intergenational cash transfer of property

 OBJECTIVE OF THE CCT

To increase health and educational achievements and improve skills and enterprise formation among the core poor.

How i wish that the purpose for which NAPEP was set will be achieved.
My sincere submission is that NAPEP should be more pronounced at the grassroot level (LGAs)!
WE at Center for the Upliftment of Rural Areas(CEFURA) solidly support NAPEP intention but a bit sceptical about its implementation

Poverty Eradication is one major problem that is hitting the rural dwellers real hard. Suffice to say that NAPEP, with its good intention should be more focused at organized private sector in the rural and semi rural areas. This, we are sure will go a long way in helping our people at the rura areas. Pls visit our site at http://www.cefura-ruraldevelopment.org.

Conditional Cash Transfer is a programme that will reduce the number of core poor people in the rural areas. The scheme, if actually organized as planned, will promote the livelyhood of the villagers. Similarly, it will make them less vulnerable and more productive. As we all know, most of the farm produce are grown in the rural areas. The rural dwellers need to be supported both financially and healthwise. Let us support and pray for this NAPEP staff to do their best in helping make our economy grow.
