Taurus Woman Personality Traits

Posted in Blogosphere, Miscellaneous, Sites I visit on February 1, 2008 by Queen Ebong

I was checking out my daily Horoscopes today and I found this interesting write up about Taureans. You know whats funny is, about 95% of what was written there is true.

Read this…

When you come across a Taurus female, the first thing you will notice about her is her undefeatable emotional strength. She is capable of handling the severest of problems, without shedding even a single tear. She has the infamous Taurus temper, but it is seldom displayed. At least not until the provocation is too much to digest. She is as feminine as any other female, without the unnecessary tantrums. A Taurus woman has no desire of dominating her husband.

Lost 5kg, Applied for a passport

Posted in Miscellaneous, Personal, School on January 12, 2008 by Queen Ebong

I have been online consecutively for approximately a week and during this period, I have neither slept well nor eaten adequately. I have come to realise to my amazement that I lost 5kg in one week and I didnt even need to do any excercise or eat fruits!

How wierd is that!

So I went to the bank today to pay for the access card in order to apply for an International passport. Well, I have finished filling the forms and I am left with getting my necessary papers.

Admission list has not been released yet and University of Jos cancelled the Post UME exams. They said they need to use student’s JAMB result. I am guessing they will now have their own cut-off mark. Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria is resuming on the 14th of this month, this means that we wanna be students have something to look out for.

I will not be left out this year. I know!

Cia. Gracias people.

NAPEP CONDITIONAL CASH TRANSFER (CCT) SCHEME

Posted in Miscellaneous on January 12, 2008 by Queen Ebong

NAPEP Conditional Cash Transfer Scheme (CCT) is funded under The Debt Relief Gains (DRG) fund for meeting The Millenium Development Goals (MDGS).

Poverty is multi-dimensional and that insufficient investnent in the nutrition health status and schooling in poor households ensures the persistence of poverty over time and across generations. Even where healthcare and educational facilitles are available, the poor have limited access to them as a result of high out-of-pocket expenses.

the NAPEP Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) was designed as a Social assistance project with the aim of addressing conditions of extreme deprivation among Nigerians.

GOAL OF THE CCT PROGRAMME

The goal of the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) is to reduce the vulnerabiliy of the core poor and reduce their intergenational cash transfer of property

 OBJECTIVE OF THE CCT

To increase health and educational achievements and improve skills and enterprise formation among the core poor.
